3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from Super Zabka, Rookery Road, Handsworth. I purchased this having no idea what it was or what country it was from. Golden with a thin, resilient head and lacing, quite attractive for a pale lager. Aroma is of malty sweetness. A lingering bitter taste, salty, malty, dry and metallic with an unusually long finish for this style. Not bad.

2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Attractive chunky rippled brown glass 500ml bottle from local Polish shop. Colour is more golden and more attractive than the Myagkoe. Taste is more robust and more pleasant. Sweeter, less grainy. A bit more soap. Not a quality product, but certainly more drinkable than the Myagkoe.

1.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
(Bottle, 0.5 l, courtesy of FatPhil, 20120420) A fancy looking bottle with a twist-off cap, The beer poured pale golden, fizzy and clear. Its head was white, sparse and medium sized. Aroma had metallicness, straw and sweetness. Palate was light bodied with quite high carbonation. Flavours were metallicness, sweetness, hint of sourness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was acrid and bitter. All the effort when preparing this beer was put on the package. The contents was pretty bad.
