cellar (261), Dublin, Ireland Jul 14, 2008 ligth yellow, with fast dissapering head. notes of sour apples, very sweet falvour and a nice dry finish. JorisPPattyn (4246), Antwerpen, Belgium Jan 12, 2007 Metallic golden-yellow drink; very "moussating" to a good, but Champagne-like disappearing white head. Apples, dry, Champagne yeastesters, vinous; applejuice, but much drier; leafy - even appleblossoms. Dry and sweet taste alike, like some real ice-cream, without becoming too sweet; dried apples all the same. Very sparkling, fizzy as sparkling wine, but it has enough restsugars to avoid being thin. I’m not a big fan of moussating ciders - my standard are bone-dry Welsh-English scrumpies - but in its class, this must be one of the better ones. I’m agreably surprised this is Belgian made.
