3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at the brewpub. Deep amber with a slightly off-white head. Aromas of citrus, pine, some caramel and slight diacetyl. Taste is hoppy citrus, slight diacetyl and caramel. Unbalanced resinous bitterness. Smooth carbonation and a bit astringent from the bitterness. The diacetyl seemed to fade as it warmed. There is a decent hoppiness and body to this beer but not much depth or character.
