3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Aroma is souly grassy, which is good for a change. Taste is similarly grassy and bitter, however theres anough malt character to help balance it out.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
not a bad beer. i’m in Essen right now and i just had quite of bit of this at a club the other night. pretty basic pils, with a nice white head and a good deal of effervescence. a little hoppy and grassy in the nose, with a bit of malt in there too. rather active on the palate, though goes down a bit like water.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
(bottle) Typical Pilsener appearance. Aroma of herbal hops and some white pepper spice. Slight malty taste with a lasting crispy, dry and very hopbitter finish. Not bad.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Medium, creamy head. Clear golden color. Hoppy, light metallic, fresh, light sourly, and a light grainy note. Dry bitter finish. O.k. but overall pils.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle: Yellow, firm, creamy head; light aroma of grassy hops; light bitter-sweet start, nearly no maltiness; moderate bitter flavour, leading to a rather long dry and bitter aftertaste; fair-a bit better than the average- example in the dull row of rather drab northern-german Pilseners.......

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Blond color. A classic Pils, with light hop aroma, dry taste, very bitter (and long) final; metallic note.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Nce Pils. I like the strong hoppy bitterness along with the light malty aroma. But generally, I like beer with a stronger malt aroma better, like Rothaus Tannenzäpfle.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
On draught, Köln, in Stauder Pils glass (pictured). Primarily hoppy aroma, spicy (Saaz) and distinctly cedary, a bit leafy and having some very faint dry maltiness. Pale yellow golden color with a slight but lasting, fine head and average lacing. Flavor is quite dry, hoppy and a bit vegetal and peppery, leading to a moderately bitter, hoppy finish again very dry with no trace of sweetness to be found. Palate is effervescent but not distractingly so, body is of course light. Drinkable and undoubtedly helped by the fact that it was served on draught.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Apple aroma, just a bit grainy. A bit of hopbitterness in the flavor, with apple and a hint of metal. Rather thin and disappointing.
