Bottle @Domus Birrae, ABV 5.4%
Hazy yellow color, small white head. A bit tart, herbal-flowery, wheaty aroma. Light-bodied. Slightly tart, citric, wheaty with orange peels. Refreshing, but not what I expected hi (=Arrogant Bastard).

Bottle shared at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Cloudy yellow with a nice head, aroma is funky and yeasty with vinegar and lemon, cheese and uric acid, flavor is sourish with cheese, lactic notes, pretty fresh, medium bodied

On tap at Bir&Fud, Roma, august 19th 2013. Unclear ("Dirty"?) yellow body, frothy white head. Citrus aroma with a light peppery yeast touch, bitter and slight sour fruity taste, again low yeast profile, hoppy finish of grapefruit and flowers. A nice brew, less yeast character than most modern saisons which may be a bit disappointing, but that aside it’s a good and refreshing fruity beer I’d be happy to have again on another hot summer day.

At a tasting, thanks DSG, very hazy lemon yellow colour, smallish creamy head, aroma of citric acid and wet linen, unplesasant sourness, light lemony bitterness that seems out of place. Unbalanced and not too good.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Yeasty aroma, fruity and spicy. Tart-spicy flavor, a bit sweetish, with fruitiness and a spicy and bitter finish. Medium-bodied, over-carbonated.

Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione soft. Deludente.

Draft @ Brassigaume 2012. This brewery has a whopping capacity of 20HL – is that me or is that just crazy small. The label, the name of this beer,… it seems a bit weird that they went the extra mile imitating Stone and than made this beer a saison, just seems a bit weird to me. Pale golden with a white head. Smell is a bit musty yeast, hay, white bread, light barnyard. Yeast heavy taste, hay, light esters and white pepper, some herbs, flowers, even more yeast and some light esters in the back. Bit yeast heavy body – a nice one.

Draft @ Brassigaume 2012.
