Lightly hazed golden yellow body with mild carbonation under a long-lasting pillowy white head. Grassiness is the foremost aroma, but there is also a presence of pale malt, candied wildflowers and coppery coins. First sip was buttery caramel corn. Ack. Progressively, the flavor varies yet remains consistently bad, with raw alcohol tugs, metallic leans, and sugary slaps. Rather thick-bodied, causing this 500ml experience to approach upon being vomitous. Exquisitely difficult to finish since the presiding flavor is a fat, sugary ethanol. This is about what I expected from a EU Strong. Bleh. ~~~~~~ "Pint" bottle from Kenwood Liquors, Homer Glen, IL, purchased approx. 2 weeks ago.

11.2 oz bottle 8/21/14 (Garden Fresh Market)-38° in Lager Glass-Pours a clear light golden with a small white head. Aroma of grass, hay, hops, and grains. Taste of the same. This light bodied brew is a decent lager. Not bad.

From a bottle at a hole in the wall bar in Chicago. Crystal clear. Crisp watery rice flavor. Tastes like a southeast Asian lager. Decent. I’d rather drink this than a Bud Light.

Deep golden yellow with a quickly fading white head. Rather sweet malt, nuts and cereal. Trailing finish with a bit of a trashy aftertaste. A bit more flavor than a standard macro.

Murghh..Eeep. Bleh. These are the mental sounds I make when thinking back on this corn based crap. Even the head seemed destined for a quick death as it never truly formed. Dark pee golden. Uuugggh.

Medium golden lager with small creamy head. Musty, cabbage, cooked vegetables aroma. Taste is mostly malt with some of the aforementioned cabbage. Mouthfeel is medium weight, and fairly slick.

Pale Yellow, Medium Head, Dissipates Quickly, Little Lacing. Grainy Aroma. Grainy, Corn, Light Bitter Finish. Standard Euro Lager, Drinkable, nothing too good or exciting. Definitely not worthy family name, nor is a prized trophy of 50 years of search. Point your finger at a shelve with different Euro pales or Lagers and you’ll get the same result. I guarantee it. Pass it...

A - Pours a clear, golden pale straw with a 1.5 finger white head that slowly sinks into a thin cap. Average lacing for the style. S - Pale malt, lightly fruity, grassy mild hops. T - Some earthy mineral sweetness, old grass, chalky yeast, a descent amount of hops for the style, finishes crisp and doesn’t really dry out that much. M - Medium bodied, moderate airy carbonation. Average for the style except for the hops. It seemed to be stepped up. Good mouthfeel as well. Serving type: bottle 07-08-2011

Clear medium amber with a persistent 1/4" head and streaks of lace. Taste is caramel malt with some adjunct also present. It grows a little through the palate only to turn oily with no real cut of bittering at the finish. At first, it seems fairly tasty....before the drink is half consumed, it becomes much less palatable. Not recommended.
