Steam Whistle Pilsner, handcrafted with all natural ingredients, is a premium beer of exceptional quality. Golden in color with a distinctive hop aroma, the palate is dry, the beer is refreshing and has a clean, crisp finish.

This beer is probably a tad better than I rated it. But not much. The aroma is boring: grain. The taste is boring: grain, some sweetness that tastes like (all-natural) corn syrup. A vaguely dry finish. It seems to me that if your slogan is "Do one thing really well" then you should probably, um, do that one thing really well. This is mediocre at best. Also: distinctive hop aroma my ass.

Draft to pils glass While travelling, I needed to watch the opening match of Arsenalís 2014 season. So I was off to an Arsenal supporters pub. Everything behind the bar was a macro. Oh no. Well it has been years since Iíve had a Steam Whistle, so I may as well rate it. Aroma of urine, yes, wheat, sweetgrass, honey, and oats. Clear amber, medium effervescence, thin creamy white head. Taste is shit! Wheat, a little molasses, and skunk, funk, and junk. I donít remember it being this bad, Iím sure this pub needs itís lines cleaned.

On tap at the brewery. The filtered version is a bit rougher than the unfiltered, it is a clear light gold with a milder aroma and similar light malt/crackery flavor. OK.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear and glistening yellow. Low aroma, fresh clean taste, with a short finish. Ideal for hot summer days but lacks any real character.

From a 16 oz can. Pours a pale gold with an off white head. Smooth and quaffable. A very nice pilsner.

Unfortunately the eye-catching green bottle is the best thing about this beer. Lightly sweet, lightly grainy, lightly boring.

Pours a light golden colour with a foamy white head. Fresh malty aroma. Tastes slightly sweet, lack of hop flavour in my opinion. Little bit of a bitter after taste but definitely nothing overpowering.

Pours a clear golden color, topped with nice ftothy white head. Thereís a mild malty aroma and some grains present. A little biscuity aroma. Thereís not much to the taste - sweet and malty, no real bitterness in teh finish. Nothing special, but not bad at all. Very decent.

Aroma: Light diecetyl, buttered popcorn. Light malt, toasty. No hops, no DMS, Appearance: Clear gold body. Medium fizzy while head. Flavour: Light malt; corn, sweet grainy, bready, toasty. Low bitterness. Dry finish. Very light hop flavour. Balanced, with a smidge towards the sweeter side. Crisp Mouthfeel: Light body. Medium-high carbonation, creamy. Overall: Easy drinking, quafable. 500 can, poured. Thanks Wimpie & Amanda! 1C. Premium American Lager

Redcup-style aroma, though mild--along with all the other elements; primary features are water, chalkiness, and a slightly hoppy, very grassy finish. Forgettable
