BeerConnoiseur (10), Mississauga, Ontario, Canada Sep 14, 2006 Had this on draught at a pub in Toronto - very good pilsner. Light yellow color, frothy white head. Malty aroma with bold smooth taste. Nice mouthfeel. Good beer.

sward84 (18), Burke, Virginia, USA Oct 28, 2008 This is surely one of the better beers I’ve had. Had this fresh on tap at their brewery. Nice hoppy smell and aroma. Good, crisp clean taste...goes down smooth with a good clean finish. Too bad we don’t have more beers like this in the USA Beershine (1515), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Oct 2, 2008 Draught @ Caplansky’s, Toronto. Clear golden with creamy white head. Fresh sweet grain and grassy hop aromas. Soft, decent mouthfeel and carbonation level. Nice hop bite at the end after coppery malt flavors and some clean, bright fruitiness. It’s not bad at all. GRM (923), Aylmer, Quebec, Canada Sep 26, 2008 Glass, 20 ounces, draught, at The cottage and a kitchen on August 22 2008; eye: clear, golden, tiny ring of white head, light lacing; nose: corn, light hops, malt; mouth: corn, hops, light malt, light caramel, unpleasant harsh finale in corn with a hint of hops, rather carbonated, medium body, lightly bitter, slightly sweet; overall: so?

Verre, 20 onces, en fût, bue chez The cottage and a kitchen le 22 août 2008; oeil : claire, dorée, petit anneau de mousse blanche, légère dentelle ; nez : maïs, léger houblon, malt; bouche : maïs, houblon, léger malt, léger caramel, finale rugueuse déplaisante en maïs avec une petite pointe de houblon, plutôt carbonatée, corps moyen, légèrement amère, très légèrement sucrée; en résumé : bof! can8ianben (670), Pasadena, California, USA Sep 9, 2008 Bleh - this is a pilsner? It’s too rich and malty, and doesn’t have enough spicy bite for my liking. Ah, I see that it is actually listed as a premium lager which makes more sense.
It’s not bad in the sense that it’s undrinkable, just many other things I’d rather have. Yellow, corn, fizz, stuff that just doesn’t appeal to me.
