3.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Head disappears quickly with gentle lacing. Level of carbonation is appropriate to style. Balanced malt and hop taste typical of a Pilsner, with slight grainy overtones. Clean palate and Saaz hops finish. Taste is closer to style than many other North American brews that claim to be a Pilsener.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours clear straw with one finger of loose white head diminishing gradually to a thin skim, patchy lacing. (3/5) Nose is crackery pale malt, grassy hops. (6/10) Taste is mild sweet, mild bitter. (6/10) Light body, prickly to moderate carbonation, crisp finish. (3/5)
Meh. It’s pretty decent, as pilseners go, but that’s not exactly an emphatic endorsement, is it? Don’t get me wrong, I’d take this over Canadian or Stella any day of the week - but I also wouldn’t actually buy either one of those, either. Decent enough as a thirst quencher with a meal. If I was having lunch somewhere that had only macro lagers on tap, and this was an option, I’d have it. Barring that set of circumstances, I’ll probably never have this again. (12/20)

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
17.02.2015 On tap and Bottled at the brewery during a Brewery tour. Golden colour with white head. This beer had a nice aroma of malt. Good hops at the end gives a fresh malty pilsner. At this brewery they only brew the pilsner, but its also served in an unfiltered version. Its not the most exiting beer in the world, but its good

Late rating. Poured on tap at brewery - clear light slightly yellow, little head. Keeps carbonation - little too fizzy for me. Light tasting.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Old rate. 341mL bottle, pours a clear piss yellow with a small white head. Nose and flavour brings out notes of grassy, corn and straw. Much more pleasant to drink that standard macro lagers out there, but still very ordinary and boring. OK.

500ml can brought back from Toronto from Rob and Karen. Packaged in July, drank in January. Pretty disgusting aroma. Solid appearance, but that is its only good attribute at this point. Drainpour.

Draft pour at the source. Pours a clear gold with a white head of foam. Good retention. The aroma has grassy, herbal, and breach notes. Some cracker notes as well. The taste is a touch bitter and grassy. Light body, crisp finish, medium carbonation.

At a pub on college street on New year’s eve from 2014 to 2015.
Less Hoppy. Smooth. Citrus. No body. Tasteineral. The taste lingers a little bit, and good. Sweet.
