3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Golden, nice white head. Aroma of English hops and maltiness. Flavour is not quite to style as it misses the distinctive crisp quality of a pilsner. Hoppy, nice malt background, overall good, though nothing fancy. Draught.

I usually donít like beer in a green bottles, but a friend gave me one so I had to try it. Well I always be a green bottle snob but this beer was quite nice. It pours a pale straw colour. It had a fast disappearing head. The taste is malt sweetness with some citrus overtones. Quite enjoyable. Iíd drink it straight out of the bottle.

Pint at the pint house, toronto. It's quite a nice pilsner. Nothing really much else to say. It's refreshing and lagery. It's very OK.

Very underwhelming. Nice clarity with a light white foamy head. Bubbly and well carbonated. Their tag line is do 1 thing well but I feel they donít do that.

clear golden pale, carbinaded. Might of had it once or a few times many many yrs ago and if so didn;t like it then. Some of it was crisp, easy drinking bready biskity the good parts. But a lot more heavy n hopy then I would want in a pilsner and had some syrup sweet malt taste that made it taste a bit like a high % lager and that part I didnít like/

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 3/20
Very light hoppy aroma. Big head with big bubbles. Very clear, darker yellow. Does taste more like a generic pilsner than a generic american standard. Sort of like a hoppier version of your average macro. Pretty uneventful except for the hop bitterness in the finish.

Lightly toasted and fresh aroma. Clear golden without head. Active carbonation. Slightly sweet, with just a hint of bitterness. Could use a touch more hops. Very little aftertaste. Overall enjoyable and refreshing.

Big cans. Looks golden. Aroma of pale malts with some wheat notes, light hops, and some spices/dough. Flavor the same. Average texture. A pretty good beer for the style.

I only had a couple of sips of this, but I enjoyed it. I found it to have a nice nutty, malty character with a hint of fruit. Iím not a pilsener guy, though, so I canít say whether it lives up to the form at all. It did seem like OK beer to me, however.

UPDATED: JAN 17, 2014 Malty aroma with notes of citrus. Clear, deep Gold colour. Flavour of biscuit with a bit of sweetness, and a refreshing bitterness. Medium body with mild carbonation. Clean finish with a bit of lingering bitterness. Very nice session beer.

On tap in a Toronto hotel. Looked like a lager. Tasted like they had at least tried to make it nice, some richness and hop character. But tasted a bit skunky even on tap, really lacking freshness. I bet the unfiltered is better.
