Hazy golden color. The aroma gives some delicate peach, but it could be better defined. The mouthfeel is lean, dry; the malt profile is anonymous; good bitterness level with nice fruity component (peaches and mango), but suffering from being too dry, papery.
Pleasant, but more APA than IPA.

Hazy amber color. Easy Ale, well bitter, with some malt flavor. Golden Ale, more than IPA.
2008-07-16, draught at the brewpub, 6-3-7-3-13=32
Hazy deep blond color; creamy head. There are some nice hops in the aroma, but very light. Some lost malt flavor, strong hopping, but with limited resins and interest. With the Porter, it’s the more balanced than the other beers here, quite ok.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
On tap at Steamworks, Vancouver. Pale copper/gold, thin white head. Excellent hop, rather intense hop, but the structure is great. Great malt and creaminess, followed by a hit of intense bitter hops, faint grapefruit, but very intense. Full in mouth, not overly piney. Soft and full in mouth and then intense bitter finish.

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
UPDATED: DEC 22, 2004 Light copper colour. Almost no aroma - typical of this brewery and very frustrating for the dedicated beer lover. There isn’t a chance in hell this is dry-hopped. Bland, syrupy, spicy flavour with cherry notes. Sugary finish. Really weak effort.
