My bottle [650ml] shared with HogTownHarry, jerc & mabel. Pours a deep amber-red with an average size lasting frothy off-white head. Aroma of spices (cinnamon, ginger and more), pumpkin and caramel malt. Flavour is malty along with pumpkin and spices. Average to medium bodied. A pleasant pumpkin beer.

Lagerboy (1217) - British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 29, 2012
Clear deep dark copper, foamy beige head settles and fades. Promising aroma of pumpkin and baking spices. Initial taste is a full bodied spiced pumpkin blast, lots of caramel malts which unfortunately take over. Heavily spiced and surprisingly boozey. Softly carbed, medium bodied, mildly hopped. Finishes sweet and lightly bitter. LBW (Lagerboys Be Wary)

I dig the dark ruby colour. Not too much pumpkin smell. More spices that anything. Nutmeg. Cinnamon. Vanilla. Taste is more of the same spices, with upfront bland malt. Overall, decent taste, but not much body.

650ml Bottle Pours a dark copper colour with a slim white head. The aroma is strong spice nutmeg and cinnamon and caramel. The flavour similar to the aroma strong spice but not overwhelming with a bit of alcohol present and a light veggie notes

On tap at Steamworks Brewpub, Vancouver. Nice dark red color... Some nice spices, but not really dominant... Average!

Draft served in an imperial pint glass at the brewpub in downtown Vancouver. Pours a deep, clear amber with a small off-white head that settles into nothing after about 10 minutes. Aroma of toasted malts, nuts, brown sugar, nutmeg, earth, and allspice. Not overhwelmingly spiced. Flavor of earth, leaves, nutmeg, brown sugar, and some vegetal notes. Light-bodied, a little thin, with low-to-moderate carbonation and a quick finish. Good pumpkin ale.
