COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Unmalted wheat and oats are used in the grist to lend this brew its smooth, light body. Coriander seed and Curacao orange peel are added to the kettle to infuse this beer with a subtle, perfumey spiciness. The result is a light wheat beer with a fruity, tart finish -- the essence of summer.

Poured from the tap. Hazy pale blonde with white head. Aroma of wheat and citrus. Same flavour. Rather simple.

Draft - Wheat and tons of corriander. Hazy yellow gold with a rich white head. Corriander and wheat with a bit of a bite. Corriander is dominant throughout, but the little bite makes it ok.

From tap in the brewpub in Vancouver. Grainy aroma, very natural feeling, stables and somewhere some citrus. Looked clear yellowish, white head, little sparkling. Taste was similar to the aroma. Grainy and citrus. Weak finish, watery, a bit grainy.

Draught at the brewpub. Pours a murky yellow-peach with an average size semi-lasting creamy/frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, yeast, herbs & spices, light sugary sweetness, a hint of banana and some wheat. Flavour of herbs, citrus and wheat along with some ginger, banana and hints of spices. Average bodied. A pretty decent Wheat beer. -- Rated via Beer Buddy.

Tap @ Steamworks, Vancouver. The look is disappointing, no typical cloudy color. But the taste is very refreshing and good...

Hazy yellow color, small white head. Citrusy, overriped banana aroma. Flavor has banana candy, overriped banana. Actually not so special hefeweizen but plus points to this because it is tasting like a real German one, not one from No. Am.

Nice fruity aroma, lemon, orange, fruit loops, light sweet wheat, yeast, and spice. Pours orange yellow, nice haze, white head, nice looking. Very fruity up front, orange and lemon, fruit loops, wheat - light sweet, then dry, then quenching lemon in the finish. Light, nicely carbonated, refreshing.

GCBF 2010. Hazy pale yellow. Aroma and flavour are more yeasty and sweaty than spicy. Just okay for me. But when I mentioned this to the server (he asked what I thought), he said "Why don’t I make it a Berry White?", then proceeded to top up my half-empty glass with the Frambozen. I had just finished trying the Frambozen on its own, and I must say that BOTH beers were improved by combining them together!
