Commercial Description:
Unmalted wheat and oats are used in the grist to lend this brew its smooth, light body. Coriander seed and Curacao orange peel are added to the kettle to infuse this beer with a subtle, perfumey spiciness. The result is a light wheat beer with a fruity, tart finish -- the essence of summer.

Pour shows a smooth, pale cloudy body. Tastes of coriander and orange peel a subtle spiciness. A great light wheat beer with a fruity, tart aftertaste. The great summer beer.

On tap at Steamworks. Not as cloudy as some Witbiers. This beer is refreshing and easy to drink. There are citrus and spice tastes that are a little on the subtle side. Decent Witbier.

Pint at the brewpub, strong aroma of belgian style wheat with clovey/bananay yeast on the nose, medium carbonation and a dry up-front body. It was a refreshing local take on the style, a bit of bite in the back which was nice.

Draught at the brewpub
Hazy blond color. Light spicy aroma and very light banana. Dry mouthfeel, thin, with little wheat spicy character, cloves. Not bad for the lovers of the style, but simple.

On tap at Steamworks, Vancouver. Green gold colour, cloudy with lasting white head. Lmeony bit of banana, wheaty in mouth, quite sharp and lemony on end. Just a little thin in body, but zingy finish. Quite a bit of cereal.
