COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Lion's Gate Lager has a light body, a very crisp palate and a soft, hop finish, which is imparted by the exquisitely gentle Czech Saaz hop variety.

Well, not to be overly cruel, but its basically a mainstream canadian lager made with a bit of care and a tiny bit more flavour. Pale yellow colour with next to no taste and nothing that would make me buy a full pint.

(Draught) Thin, white dissipated-head with a clear, non-carbonated yellow body. Mildly caramel with lactic tones. Milky malt flavouring with a unagreeable creamy finish.

Clear light gold colour with lingering pale head. grainy type nose. grain taste with an odd finish.

Pale golden colour with a thin white head. Aromas of pale malt, light floral and grassy hops. Crisp finish. Well done, but could have used a bit more bitterness.

Golden color, light hoppy aroma, decent hoppy flavour but fairly one dimensional and a bit boring for me.

Aiming for mainstream and that is what they get. Don't bother, unless your looking for numbers.

Clear gold with lasting white head.Corn nose. Corny grainy flavor with a cigar butt dirty line type finish

Huge head. Overpowering grainy aroma. The batch I had must have used some bad Saaz hops for it was a bit cheesy. Still, the finish was a hint of spice.

Nice cream top on a on boring body. Flat hop smell reminiscent of anchor steam and flat, stagnant, cardboard quality in flavor. No better than budmillercoors.

One of the better lagers I have had. Was just the right sweetness to make this a nicely balanced lager.
