Plenty of British Crystal malt in the grist lends this ale its rich color, its caramel maltiness, and adds the occasional whiff of toffee to the nose. An addition of American and German hops to the kettle at the end of the boil is used to suffuse our Pale Ale with a gently spicy hop finish.

Un peu adouci pour le style dans ce région. Couleur jaune pale avec un petit tête blanc. L’arôme léger du malt caramel avec un très peu d’houblon florale. Le goût est similar, mais il manque du corps, amertume, et caractère.

A nice average pale that plays it safe. Pours a clear light amber with a small head. Aroma is of pine, tropical fruits, and grapes. Tastes of pine, peach, mango, and citrus. Has a medium body with average carbonation and a nice amount of citrus bitterness.

Pours a crystal clear amber with a very thin ring of white head, little to no lace but decent legs. Aroma is somewhat faint but I’m getting light caramel, light grass, and faint fruity esters. Flavour is citrus, grass, mildly spicy, mildly bitter, sweet caramel and a touch watery.

A pretty decent Pale. Not Top Tier by any means but very drinkable. Pours a clean, medium amber with a frothy, quickly dissipating white head. Smells of nice tropical fruit hops, pineapple, mango and papaya. Taste is simlar with a bit of background cereal malt happening. A little thin in the palate department but it leaves a nice fruity aftertaste.

I like the bottle, and so does the wife. Smells like acceptable disapointment. Dusty malts, and a metalic hop. Taste is the same really, bready, mild bitterness, and pennies. This is one of those beers thats perfectly fine to drink but if you stop and think about it its not that good. So much bread.... this beer makes me sad.

first sips make me know that i will crush this beer. grainy, dry bitterness, peel, light caramel, random citrus and i’m out of beer.

Bien ordinaire. Sans défauts ni qualités évidentes. (1181-100814)

On tap @ Steamworks. Clear light orange pour with a white head. Aromas are grassy and orange heavy. Some light pine, cracker, and a touch of caramel. Toasted bread, too. Flavor leans more toward the malts. Decent citrus (orange), but more of a marmalade flavor. Bitter grass and pine, as well. Some cracker, bread, and caramel malts, too.

355ml brown bottle. Clear, deep golden colour. Thin white cap, ok lacing. Nose has some citrus and some sweet malt. Taste has caramel malts, orange peel hops. Some orange peel aftertaste and modest bitterness. Pleasant, easy drinker.

355 ml bottle. Pours a clear golden orange with very little head that disappated quite fast. Odd palate. Very syrupy caramel malts and some funk. Minimal hop notes. Not great but not awful, either.
