Plenty of British Crystal malt in the grist lends this ale its rich color, its caramel maltiness, and adds the occasional whiff of toffee to the nose. An addition of American and German hops to the kettle at the end of the boil is used to suffuse our Pale Ale with a gently spicy hop finish.

(bottle, 35.5cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Slightly dusty, citrus-fruity hoppy aroma with a mildly pale malty background. Mildly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp, if not a bit sharp carbonation. Plain pale malty base with hints of white bread and present drying citric hops; moderately hop bitter, dry and citric finish. Does not necessarily deserve its voyage across the Atlantic; there are already better brews of the style made in Europe. 16.XI.15

It is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good but it is sticky and it dosent fit in my sippy cup. It is as good as purple slurpee. I like cheese so much but i think this is better. What ever you do do not put it in your sippy cup it dose not work.

355ml bottle. Clear golden colour with small, thick, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Rather cautious, citrusy hoppy aroma, hints of lemon, pale malty background. Taste is minimally strawy, pale malty, minimally citrusy, a touch of lemon. Light, almost a bit watery, quite boring overall.

Can. Clear golden pour with a thin white head. Aroma is very distinct lychee, with slight tropical fruit and citrus zest. Taste is nicely balanced, pretty classic easy drinking west coast pale ale with subtle sweetness and a bitter edge. The lychee fruit makes this really interesting and unique without being too crazy - really nice pale ale.
