3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap @ Steamworks. Clear light orange pour with a white head. Aromas are grassy and orange heavy. Some light pine, cracker, and a touch of caramel. Toasted bread, too. Flavor leans more toward the malts. Decent citrus (orange), but more of a marmalade flavor. Bitter grass and pine, as well. Some cracker, bread, and caramel malts, too.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
355ml brown bottle. Clear, deep golden colour. Thin white cap, ok lacing. Nose has some citrus and some sweet malt. Taste has caramel malts, orange peel hops. Some orange peel aftertaste and modest bitterness. Pleasant, easy drinker.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
355 ml bottle. Pours a clear golden orange with very little head that disappated quite fast. Odd palate. Very syrupy caramel malts and some funk. Minimal hop notes. Not great but not awful, either.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Can, shared with Robbie. Pale gold, average white head. Aroma is subdued, grains and grass. Bready pale malts with a kiss of grassy hops, ending with modest bitterness. Just ok.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Canned sample. Gold in colour with medium carbonation. Aromas are of mild orange and white grapefruit peel, along with some faint toasted malt. More mild citrus in the mouth, mixing with some grainy malt and floral notes. Definitely not the most complex or hoppy APA out there, but it’s refreshing and devoid of off flavors. Ok overall.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Some hop presence here, but the beer rep shouldn’t have said it was almost an IPA. There is some bitterness, but on the milder side of craft APAs

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
On tap. Pours a clear gold with moderate cap. Aroma of grass, citrus, and sweaty feet. Taste is sweet and pretty bitter. Seemed a bit high in carbonation. Dry finish.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
On tap at Steamworks, pours a very pale clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is basically nonexistent - not getting anything here - maybe a bit of dry cereal. Flavour is very bland and lifeless. Not a very robust flavour profile here, with just a bit of cereal malt. Pretty shitty pale ale.
