Wrigley (1), USA does not count Oct 18, 2005 Wow this is one of the best American IPAs I have had the pleasure of drinking. Well rounded and not overly hoped out, grapefruit and tangerine elements with a nice subtle malt sweetness and a good clean finish. GreatLibations (1252), Sasquatcho, Arizona, USA Sep 1, 2006 Pours deep golden color w/ medium semi creamy froth. Aroma is big bright citrus rind, very pretty. Medium nectar w/ ample residual effers. Flavors are dry, bitter malted hay w/ a fresh pine forest full of hops. Possesses a slightly spicey character like corriander. Leaves a fresh asprin scar on the palate as you finish. Hops are predominant lacking in true balance, although a decent brew. Overall: a refreshing, crisp, lightly malted IPA. jcwattsrugger (3793), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Oct 31, 2006 on tap-pours a white head with a gold/copper color. Aroma is grapefruit hops. Taste is grapefruit hops with good bite, secondary/faint malt. Good carbonation. Jayb0 (685), Cherry Hill, New Jersey, USA Jul 17, 2002 A nice big colorado IPA. Exxellent beer, food and atmosphere. Great brewpub. acrdz (4248), Pennsylvania, USA Jun 27, 2003 Updated: Jan 21, 2007CASK at the brewery. Murky peach hue with a large ice-cream-like head. Peach hop aroma, with a sugared-cereal aroma. Big apricot nose as well. Very smooth throughout the drink, with minimal bitterness. Finish is wet and fruity, and this beer almost resembles a fruit beer. I can say that the IPA on tap is completely different, and not as enjoyable. Cask is the way to go on this one. Tap gets ratings of 6/3/8/4/17 I don’t even want to try it from the bottle based on the ratings here.
