Our first dark beer is a complex stout with seven different grains making up it’s grist and a decent charge of fruity Admiral hops to give balance, plus the liquor from steeping 1kg of coffee beans overnight!

Hand bottle at home ... deep black .... no head ... roast malts big coffee hit nose ... little licorice up front ... soft gentle roast ... little bitter chocolate malt in finish ... really tasty ... little smokey (hint of charcoal) ... soft coffee finish ... i suspect that this has suffered a little in the hand bottling as is possibly a bit thin... but its smooth and tasty ...
