Can - big thick head, light gold color, skunky malt aroma and flavor, tastes like very cheap redneck beer (which it is though I guess)

22oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a clear gold with about a finger of white head. Aroma of corn, grains and....caramel? This has a very distinct caramel aroma. Taste is light/medium sweet. Caramel, toffee and a little corn. Medium bodied with a somewhat sticky texture. Lively carbonation and a decently long finish. Overall, it’s really not bad. If this didn’t have "shitty malt liquor" written all over it I think people may be surprised. I think I’m going to do a blind tasting with this and a couple Belgian beers and try to fool my friends.

16 oz can from a trade with the sponge himself, Billicus. Pours clear golden color with white head. Smells like an adjunct lager, corn and grain. Sweet corn lager flavor. Medium body with average carbonation. Not very good. Thanks Sponge!

Originally reviewed: 7/15/09. This is the second of cheap beers on our game night.
Pours a clear pale yellow with a thin off-white head on top. Little retention, leaves some lacing. Smells of sugar malt, grain, and bread.
The mouth on this is thin and slick. I don’t like the feel of this at all. Flavor is of sweet malts. Slight fruity aftertaste which is weird. Not bad for a game night or a ball game. This would hit the spot, but I’ve had better malt liquors.

24oz can, kind of a light, sweet, creamy, corn taste. pretty smooth and no evidence of the higher abv. Not bad for a cheap big can beer.

Pour from a 24 oz can. Clear yellow brew. Frizzy head that quickly fades and leaves a frothy film. Not unpleasant aroma of corn and vegetal funk. Taste is sweet corn and booze ending in a sour boozey vegetal finish. Average palate. Overall - better than a lot of brews out there. If there was a "does the job" category it would get a 5 of 5.

UPDATED: APR 6, 2013 It’s malt liquor that costs less than water. This means the ingredients they put in it decreased the value of water

This sure does goes to show that your palate gets dumb after about 3 beers. Anyhoo, smells of straw, honey, garden funk. Pours with lots of carbonation which is not surprising. Taste is like carbonated apple juice, which doesn’t have a while lot of carbonation (surprisingly) Honestly, I thought this would be way worse... it’s ovbious they heaped a ton of sugar in there to make it palateable. Not the foul mess I was expecting. Enjoyability 3.5/5.
