The two eleven mark, based on the medieval symbol for steel, appears only on Steel Reserve(R) High Gravity lager. We use nearly twice the ingredients of many normal lagers & brew for over twice as long as many quality beers.

Quite carbonated and big white head with a smell of malt. tastes like straw and a little metallic taste in there too. overall its fine, 8.1% abv can make it worth it on some nights.

Canned @ home. Pours a clear golden appearance with a fluffy white head. Corny, grainy, hay, light citrusy aroma. Quite sweet, swillable, corny, lightly boozy, sweet flavor. Decent for a malt liquor.

Can shared with me from a friend so I could tick it. Thanks friend! From backlog. Pours straw gold. White head. Nose and taste is mostly corn and tin metal with some maltiness. Light bodied. Low carbonation.

Bought a tallboy from a 7-11 once to drink out of a paper bag in the parking lot before I went in to a pinball arcade. Both the paper bag and parking lot seemed overly formal for this wet cardboard smelling, metallic tasting junk.

24 oz. can served in shaker from Gracy Food Mart- poured a transparent lightened yellow with a tint of orange (like piss), lively medium carbonation, one finger white head became a white film upon the lliquid surface, but to it’s credit, it did lace. Aroma of corn and sugar. Hits the mouth with a light body, over flowing sweetness throughout, corn from the backend of the start to the finish, crisp finish that isn’t biting like some malties. No booze detected either. Hey, not bad for a malty, and I damn near grabbed one of the evil empire beers (ABiNbev) instead of this. Shame on me.... SHAME!!!

24 oz can. Pours yellow with foamy white head. Very fizzy. Aroma is corn. Extremely sweet from start to finish. My first and probably last malt liquor, not actually as bad as I thought it would be.

Two fingers of head with descent retention. A few bubbles floating up in the clear, light straw colored body. Smells like wet grain. Tastes like malt, sweet but not overbearing. Not a hint of bitterness. Light body, low carbonation with a slight stickiness to it. For a high gravity lager it’s one of the better ones.

24oz can from Discount Liquor
Appearance: Clear golden with a medium sized off-white head that dissipates quickly, no head
Aroma: Malts, corn, metallic and herbal
Taste: Sweet malts, grainy and alcohols
I tasted this and the 4.0 version side by side (both in shaker glasses). This version was harsh and hard to drink. Didn’t enjoy this one as much as the other version, but it gets the job done twice as fast if that’s what your after. Footbalmed!
