COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The two eleven mark, based on the medieval symbol for steel, appears only on Steel Reserve(R) High Gravity lager. We use nearly twice the ingredients of many normal lagers & brew for over twice as long as many quality beers.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of Rasmus40. Pours a hazy amber with tiny impurities and an off-white head. Sticky sweet oxidized caramel nose. Medium body, lowish carbonation, sticky skunky, oxidized malts. No real traces of the alcohol. Clearly old. 300312

Can, 24oz. A clear, pale golden beer with a two-finger white head. The aroma is rather weak, a faint fruity and malty scent escapes the glass. Weak flavor too, not much bitterness to be detected, but thereís some warming alcohol. Fruity notes too. Medium body, slightly warming, low on carbonation. Short, warming finish. Definitely not a beer Iíd go a long way to have again. 130811

Has a sparkling deep gold in my La Trappe goblet with a whisp of a head...it just didnít hold. Aroma of pale malt, a little corn and alcohol. Smooth body, sweet palate but more accented towards malt than grain. There is a very minor grassiness. What the hell? You canít sit on a stoop and drink this. You canít do doughnuts out front of the park managerís trailer drinking this. It tastes like beer, not malt liquor. Damn it.

(40oz bottle, thanks perigrinari) White head atop apple juice body. Aroma is medium sweet, mild, grassy, light skunk. Taste is medium sweet, corn, some grassy. Fairly innocuous, despite the high ABV. Medium body, lightly sticky.
