sirsirus (60), Boston, Massachusetts, USA Aug 9, 2006 Updated: Aug 16, 2006 Sure this beer is crap. But it’s not trying to be a good beer. This isn’t Heineken; a bad beer pretending to be a good one. Its crap and it knows its place. But for the little money you pay and its high alcohol content the taste is not much different than busch/natty/beast products.
tilldeath (29), Arvada, Colorado, USA Oct 2, 2008 a point higher than Mickey’s because it was in Grandma’s boy, and that movie rocked. The Beer however, not so much. stubby (316), Santee, California, USA Sep 30, 2008 It’s actually difficult to make beer taste this bad. I don’t know how they do it. Amazing in a horrible and fascinating way. Must be field corn and feed barley. Neematoad (61), , Illinois, USA Sep 22, 2008 Gag me is the what I think about when I imagine the taste of this alcohol overpowered beer. It has little substance other than lots and lots of alcohol that is not well hidden. Made to get people drunk, not to taste good. neo_hippie2 (128), Louisville, Kentucky, USA Sep 20, 2008 Updated: Sep 25, 2008Wow...I must say, this train wreck lives up to its reputation. Never in my life have I tasted such a vile substance. Very strong alcoholic taste and horrible...everything. Purchase only under the most dire and desperate situations. shawn14505 (8), USA does not count Sep 11, 2008 I am drinking a 22oz bottle of this, as I write. It’s funny, so many people seem to despise this beer, but I actually find that it serves its purpose well. Its very cheap, very strong and gets you drunk quickly. It certainly has its niche. Granted, its no Southern Tier Unearthly, but when your wife only leaves you with a few dollars for the week, a couple of these really does the trick. I am recommending this beer for those who want a cheap quick buzz. Pair this with a couple of $1 double cheeseburgers from McDonalds and you have yourself a good time.
