COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The two eleven mark, based on the medieval symbol for steel, appears only on Steel Reserve(R) High Gravity lager. We use nearly twice the ingredients of many normal lagers & brew for over twice as long as many quality beers.

24 oz. can served in shaker from Gracy Food Mart- poured a transparent lightened yellow with a tint of orange (like piss), lively medium carbonation, one finger white head became a white film upon the lliquid surface, but to it’s credit, it did lace. Aroma of corn and sugar. Hits the mouth with a light body, over flowing sweetness throughout, corn from the backend of the start to the finish, crisp finish that isn’t biting like some malties. No booze detected either. Hey, not bad for a malty, and I damn near grabbed one of the evil empire beers (ABiNbev) instead of this. Shame on me.... SHAME!!!

Can. Pours a effervescent pale yellow with decent white head. Smell is big cheap strong sweet corn and a mettalic aspect. Taste is follows suit. Only medium sweet. Not horrible.

40 oz. bottle. Pours a thin white, poorly retained, white head, with some lacing, over a clear yellow body......nose is corn, hints of cereal malts.....taste is sweet corn syrup, leading to a harsh finishing bite......mouth feel light of medium, alcohol harsh with fuselage tones, carbonation adds unpleasant acid. This beer shows the difficulty of making a high alcohol beer with heavy adjuncts and attempting to achieve any balance. All errors are obvious. BJCP 4/3/6/3/4

The standard malt likka. Bought from Walmart. Pours... Just kidding, I drank it straight from the can and it was awesome. Slightly metallic.

Can into a pint glass. Pours hay with a surprising pillow of white hay. Aroma is cereal and sweet malt. Taste is paint thinner and nail polish remover wit ha super sweet cereal backbone. Awful. Some great marketing language on the can though.

First malt liquor rating - had to go for the good stuff... Bad smell, lots of head, golden color, "it’ll get you drunk..."

BLECH! I picked this up to try and get at least one rating in the Malt liquor category and it’s just awful. It was a $1.29 at the grocery store fora tall boy and it smells. Literally. Tastes like gasoline or ethanol to be more exact. Low head retention, piss yellow, it had a kind of strange sweetness, no hops, corn and skunk. Heavy AND watery (how did they do that?) a headache in a glass and a drain pour. The only reason I gave it a 2 instead of a 1 overall was because it had a metallic taste for variety.

3/15/13 8.1% LOOK: gold bubbly NOSE: VERY light hops and lager smell TASTE: what the!!??, how did I get tricked into buying this!?, cheap lager with a heavy fake sweetness down the middle of the pallet, bud light mixed with some corn sugar, sweet plastic aftertaste, bud light is better than this, heck...Chinese beer is better than this! FEEL: weird in a bad way OVERALL: good grief!!! ...it’s getting a 1.3 only because I want to leave room for the unfortunate event in which I taste a worse beer ...Ice cold ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Let’s face it... this isn’t beer for snobs. This beer is marketed toward someone who wants a quick buzz with minimal cash on hand. It’s not particularly good, but considering the high APV, it’s not as brash as I would have thought. Typical gas station fare.

Quite carbonated and big white head with a smell of malt. tastes like straw and a little metallic taste in there too. overall its fine, 8.1% abv can make it worth it on some nights.

Canned @ home. Pours a clear golden appearance with a fluffy white head. Corny, grainy, hay, light citrusy aroma. Quite sweet, swillable, corny, lightly boozy, sweet flavor. Decent for a malt liquor.
