There’s something to be said about doing your job. There’s something to be said about jobbing your do.

Can from a gas station. Pours a super transparent golden. Aroma of malts. Taste the same.

Tasted on 4/13/14 from a 24oz can purchased at a gas station in Florida. Pours clear golden with a thick white head that slowly recedes to rocky lace. The nose is sweet corny malt with a somewhat dusty aroma and the lightest hint of green hops possible. The flavor is just a touch more green bitterness forward with the same sweet corn and dusty note. The body is nearly full with lively, almost fizzy, carbonation, and a short corny finish.

Utter trash. Good good one thing and one thing only: getting wasted as a homeless or teen quick.

Can share thanks to Homer321. Light amber color. Light sweet malt character with some corn adjunct character. Sweet, boost, malty, a more caramel type character than a typical malt likka...interesting but I’m more of a malt likka purist and need a little more adjunct character.

24oz tall boy via drowland. Thanks bro. A noticeably darker yellow almost red. Nose of light vomit and plastic. Otherwise just a bland sweetness that gets the job done.

24oz can in Seattle. One of the worst beers I’ve had in awhile. Gray-orange water, some head. Bad funk grain nose, sticky sweet grain tea, cloying corniness. Dry barley funk. Damned, world-class awful

40oz bottle a few years back. Pretty tasty and much better than silver steel reserve.

It is actually quite smooth for 8.1%. I find this better than some of the other Steel Reserves. It is drinkable and will get you drunk fairly quick.
