3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A: The pour is a slightly hazy golden amber color with a white head and some nice lacing.
S: A really good citrus hop aroma to the nose to start things off. Plenty of tropical fruit notes, particularly pineapples, too. Pretty straightforward, but really nice.
T: The hop flavor is really big and juicy with a fair amount of citrus/grapefruit and lots of pineapple. There’s a bit of a caramel flavor as well as some mild breadiness that weren’t really noticeable on the nose.
M: The body is medium with a moderate carbonation.
D: A surprisingly solid IPA. I really quite liked this beer and would definitely not have a problem ordering it if I find myself at Steelhead again.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Eugene Brewery. Pours hazy honey gold with a minimal white head. Aroma is dusty and earthy with some sugar and grapefruit. Bitter citrus peel, peppery hop and some malt in the taste. Standard IPA, nothing too exciting.
