pale orange color - sugary sweet candylike aroma. Sweet candy flavor - sticky mouthfeel. Light bitterness - too sweet for my tastes.

On tap at Monks Cafe. Pours a translucent copper with a medium foamy off white head that laced. Aroma of pine, citrus, light toffee, nuts and caramel. Flavor of toffee, grapefruit, other citrus, caramel and nuts. Dry in the finish.

Somewhat cloudy light brown with a small yellowish head. A spidery ring. Aroma features hops galore with grapefruit and some sugar. Flavor features grapefruit and pine along with some funk. The hops are balanced but not by caramel. It is more sugar which serves to offer little flavor thus enhancing the hop profile. A bitter aftertaste. A good beer but very one dimensional.
