Jun 3, 2004 Tap@Steelhead. was kind of dreading this beer when i saw the word ’red’ in it, but to my surprise it was pretty tasty. Nice malty, nutty start, with a good amount of hop tang in the finish, decent amount of flavour and easy to drink.

Bronze color, thin head. Nose of light musky hops & floral malts. A sweeter concoction with not enough maltiness & too much hoppiness.

Dec 5, 2007 OC tour, tap at Irvine brewpub: Amber hue with good lace. The aroma has notes of caramel, toast, herbal and grassy hops, and a hint of citrus. The flavor is herbal and fruity with some caramel and chalky malt. Some bitterness about the finish. This is okay I guess.
