3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Padilha (64) - BRAZIL - FEB 4, 2012

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20 GSAP (45) - NETHERLANDS - DEC 17, 2011

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 madvike (1295) - Middleton, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 23, 2011
Bottle - Pours clear brown with a reddish tinge and a frothy tan head. Nose is brown sugar and light cherry with tons of bread dough and yeast. Taste is sugary and thin, with malt that’s much more limp than what’s on the nose. Notes of black cherry and a touch of sharp alcohol. A bit of metal and raisins on the finish. Carbonation is overbearing, and the body is thinner than what I’d expect. Meh.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 5000 (3998) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - NOV 20, 2011
Bottle:   Deep reddish brown, large frothy light beige head, spotty lacing.   Musty barnish nose, straw, some
subdued caramel and dark pitted fruit.   Rather tame on the tongue, malty, slight cereal, but lacks depth.   A little
spritzy, certainly not as heavy as I would have thought.   A little biscuity.   Fairly light overall, bubbley.
Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Finish is a little flat, flavorwise.   Faint nuttiness, smidgen of dark pitted
fruit.   Boring...
