Dark amber colour, thick head, nice lace. Nice malt and caramel aroma. Intense malt taste, a lot of caramel, somehow sweet. Ordinary palate, with a good amount of caramel.

Jul 20, 2008 On tap @ Café Quibus. Clear ruby brown colour, off white head. Aroma of dark fruit, raisins, brown sugar. Taste is also brown sugar, some raisins. A bit watery, but soft taste. Nothing special.

Pours a beautiful, clear mahogany with a nice, staying, frothy beige-grey head. Sweet, fruity aroma, lots of prunes and plums with a touch of metal and chocolate. A bit thin mouthfeel. Flavour is rather dry and roasted, some clear metallic notes, some slight chocolate at the end. Tolerable, but not very good for its type.
