Pours clear gold with a tall head that fades fairly fast. Aroma of sugar cookies and citrus blooms. Tastes of apples, pears and a bit of yeast. Lacks the complexity of the best tripels but still quite tasty.

Tap at St. Arnold’s. Finally, a beer that doesn’t suck from Palm. Webby, delicate lace atop crystal clear golden. Nose is gold raisins, spicy Tripel esters, yellow apple and pear, citrus perfume. Taste is spicy, boozy, small clove/nutmeg spice. Candi sugar abounding with some spicy yeast and spicy hop balance. Pretty sharp overall with no cloying. No soap, no metals.

Bottle. Clear gold with a puffy white head. Herbal aroma with orange and sugary dough. Sweet and boozy with oranges and candi sugar before distinct bitterness. Some slight oxidised / fortified wine notes that fit well enough. Fruity and slightly herbal finish. No great intrigue in this one, but cheerful and with enough bitterness to stop it from being tiring.

pours golden with lots of white head.leaves nice lacing.aroma is malt citrus and dough.flavor is heavy malt citrus and has a slight floral note.light to medium body with heavy carbonation and has a fizzy mouthfeel with a slightly bitter dry finish.not bad,not great just a very drinkable triple

Pours amber with a large, lasting head. Nose shows doughy yeast, wheat, faint lemon and soft funky notes. Somewhat plain. Similar flavours, with the addition of some soft booze. Pretty drinkable stuff. Nice high carbonation.

Signalons d’abord que cette triple a maintenant une nouvelle étiquette de couleur bleu roi, superbe, avec Saint Arnould en portait sur vitrail (voir le modèle sur l’étiquette de la blonde). Le degré abv est toujours à 8,7, ce qui la place assez haut dans les triple. La couleur est un superbe doré brillant. La clarté est pure. Les bulles sont ultra fines et par milliers. La mousse est blanche, et très épaisse comme un blanc d’oeuf battu en neige. Les arômes sont de houblon mêlé aux fameuses épices du "gruut", mélange spécial propre à la bonne ville de Bruges. Passons sans tarder à la dégustation gustative... Le volume est soyeux à travers cette mousse de belle facture. Le premier goût est dominé par les herbes et épices, avec une amertume prononcée mais d’un houblon fin. En deuxième goût, on trouve déjà l’équilibre houblon/épices. En troisième, le malt apparait dessous. La longueur tient la route. La levure est très lisse. La finale revient sur l’amertume d’un très beau houblon, accompagné d’herbes vertes. L’alcool n’est pas excessif, et s’intègre bien à cette finale. Une belle triple, qui est sous-évaluée sur notre site...

Draft. Hazy orange with a thin film. Light yeast, bubble gum, and fruit. Medium+ sweet flavor. Similar palate. Light body, thin creamy texture, and a creamy sweet finish.
