Bottle @ home. Clear yellow / golden colored beer with a decent sized white head. Smell malts, fruits and some hop. Taste malts, fruits, sweet. Nice carbo, medium body.

The aroma is malty and hoppy but mostly yeasty with some citrus. The appearance copper gold with a small head. The taste is like the aroma. The palate is smooth. Overall A good beer but that’s all.

Draft at WOB. Hazed golden yellow pour. Foamy white head. Belgian yeast, spices and a touch of lemon in the aroma. Flavor was decent but not great. Overall seemed a bit bland compared to some Tripels.

Strong phenolics present as cloves in alcohol. hazy light yellow with bubbly white head. Taste is slightly sweet again with cloves but now some banana. Reasonably dry finish. Less body than I’d expect from a Tripel but has long warming finish

Draft sampled at Music City Brewers’ Fest. Poured a light amber with a smallish white head. Holy bubblegum, batman! Had a hard time focusing on anything else, but there was some nice spiciness, banana, malt. Finished pleasantly bitter. But, oh, that bubblegum.

Draft. A cloudy orange pour with a creamy off white head. Scent is sweet malts and honey. Taste is tart with a sweet honey finish.

On tap at the drake tavern. Light aroma of yeast, bread. Medium body, highly carbonated. Very yeasty with lots of banana, orange peel. Earthy, fruity. The bread notes linger on the tongue while the fuss lasts. It’s decent.
