Alla spina a Bruges, non ricordo bene dove.. una blanche un po’ senza senso, per la serie "blanche che non sanno di niente".

Bottle @ home. Hazy pale yellow color, white head. Smell yeast and some spices or herbs, but this time -cause I generally don’t like spices and herbs- in a good way. Average decent taste. Soft carbo, low body.

the aroma is a bit on the bland side with a touch of breadish quality. the rest of the beer is a refreshing arrangement of crisp malts slightly citrus and low malt taste.

The aroma is a bit off with some corn bread, spice, citrus, and herbs. The appearance is whitish yellow with a thin head. The taste is like the aroma but refreshing and pleasant. The palate is thin but OK for the style. Overall a well made Belgian White.

Draft. Cloudy lemon yellow pour. Dense white foam head. Aroma has some nice clove notes. Flavor is a bit light though.

Simply a brilliant idea to make a decent white beer and to enrich it with some old fashioned gruut. It’s this simple combination but balanced out just perfect which makes this for me one of the more notable white beers. A real treat to be drinking.

Pours cloudy yellow with a low head. Aroma is quite light, mostly malts and yeast. Light flavor is malts, wheat and yeast. Could use some more flavor but otherwise decent.
