2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pint can. Would file this under "not terrible." Pours amber/gold with a big fluffy white head. Citrus aromas that seem to be a bit off. Taste is fairly hop forward but without much character, just a lot of bitterness. Itís dry though, which is how I prefer my IPAs. You do get an aftertaste that tastes a little wet dog/skunky. For the price Iíd definitely buy this over many other lower end beers.

smooth body with full flavors of caramel malt and different types of hops which makes it somewhat different for an ipa especially in this day and age.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Can. Shows 6.7% ABV. Translucent golden amber with a tall, fluffy beige head. Aroma is floral hops, grains, sweet malt, bread and soft citrus. Taste is floral hops, sweet malt, light caramel, toasted bread, grains and citrus notes. Body is medium with a soft, creamy carbonation and light, lingering bitterness. Ends with more grains, toasted malt, caramel notes, citrus and floral hops. Not bad.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Purchased a six pack at Total Wine and More in Western Henrico. The beer is drinkable but not an IPA. The ale poured an attractive clear amber with a small white head. The head dissapated and left only a small white collar on the beer. This ale lacks the common caharacteristics of IPAs: like bitterness and higher alcohol. This is a medium body ale with average carbonation

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark golden color with a small foamy off-white head that faded and left no lacing. The aroma was caramel and faint floral and fruity hops. The flavor was bitter and dryish with hints of caramel, floral hops, fruity hops and pepper. Medium finish and body. Eh.

Some small-sized, particles throughout. Flavor is light to medium sweet and lightly bitter. Tastes of malt, hops, herbs, and vegetables. Medium body. Average texture. Average carbonation. Slightly sweet, medium bitter, malt, hop finish.

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20
I love reading a beerís commercial description before I drink it. This beer is one that makes me think, "did some marketing guy write this description without even trying the beer?" Tastes like a skunked European green bottle lager. Sweet syrup in the front with an astringent medicinal aftertaste. Flavors are hard to pick out other than those mentioned and the beer was a muddled mess. Sweet at first and nasty in the finish. Decent carbonation.
