Oct 26, 2007 The worst Belgian White I have ever had...by far! A mockery of my favorite style, it tasted like Lionshead was mixed with Celis White. Stay away!

Sep 27, 2007 Bottle from Capone’s, labelled Knight’s Head White. Pours turbid dark straw with whitish head. Aroma is clovey/spicy, with orange zest, citrus, some hops. The flavor is hopcitric, with a subtle clovey spicy note, orange zest, and a crisp finish. Not bad.

Jun 25, 2007 I thought this was actually really good from the lion brewery. good body, has a nice citrus orangeish taste to it, bit of a sweet kinda malt and grain taste, I liked it.

Jun 20, 2007 Pours a straw color with a small white head. Flavor is of cardboard mixed with wheat and orange. This is not a very good wit, but I am glad to see that they finally have tried one.

Jun 11, 2007 Thanks to hatchy for sharing from his home kegerator. Pours a hazy golden orange with an average white lightly lacing head. Aroma of hard sugary candy, mixed orange, cereal grains, and slightly tart wheat. Flavor of honey nut cherrios, orange, coriander, nice mouthfeel for a Wit.

May 24, 2007 Started out pretty good but lost it toward the end. Decent color and head but not very refreshing for a summer beer. Nice to see Stegmaier branching out though - keep it up guys.
