0.5 l bottle at Timo A’s. Pale golden color. Delicate aroma of honeyish malt and restrained peppery hops. Taste of peppery hops and herbal bitterness with honeyish malt more on the background. Light to medium body. Fairly good pils.

Bottle - thanks Pivnizub. Pale yelloq, thin frothy head. Grainy and herbal bitter nose. Light bready base with a convincing bitterhop counterpoint. Light and sparkly fresh on the palate. Bitterhop dry finish.

(bottle, purchased at the brewery) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Aroma of citrousy hops with a moderately sweet, also fruity (pears), biscuit-like malt appearance. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a quite flat carbonation. Malt-accented, slightly strawy taste; sweet, slightly bitter finish with herbal hops that are not accented enough.

pivnizub (10184) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - MAY 21, 2007
Bottle (purchased at the brewery): Golden coloured, smaller white head; intensive sweet-malty and bready nose with a big touch of herbal hops; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium-bodied with a solid malty base; distinctive sweet-malty/bready/buttery finish with a lingering bitter aftertaste. A well balanced, chewy brew........
