The head is medium, the body yellow and very cloudy. It smells yeasty, strange. the taste is malty, yeasty, tannins-strange. Never tried a beer like this before and don´t need it again! 10/7/8/7/-/7

From tap at the brewpub. It’s slightly hazy golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of newly-harvested grain, brad and flower. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of bread, biscuits, flower, light butterscotch, and the finish is dry – truly nice!

Mini-cask @ Fanø Tasting, 2010.
Pours muddy, light yellow with a small, bubbly, white head. Aroma is sweet, some green apple and malts. Highish carbonation, fine light and softly creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, malty, light sugary. Just sweet enough for its own good. Okay earthy bitterness.

Quite sedimented dark straw colour. Nose is faux-rustic with footy yeast and hints of acidity. Sweetish front, but the finish shows a shade of acidity. The pedio-foot thing holds through the entire way. Interesting and characterful, but ultimately it all works in context.
