draught@brewpub - hazy blond colour with a long lasting white foam; unclean aroma of paper with shy grassy notes; subtle carbonation and a decent malt body; shows a fair bitterness, moderately dry finish with herbal and corny notes - looks a bit old but otherwise quite good

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Draught at Linde-Oberstrass. This beer is brewed by Steinfels, Zürich. Appearance: It pours a pale lactic yellow beer with a decent, nicely remaining white head. Some lacework. Aroma: Stale hops and soy sauce in the nose which is metallic. Flavor and palate: Acidic taste. Some stale hops showing up. Watery. Lemon peel, soy sauce and mothballs sneaking in. Strange. Low bitterness. Sweetish. Bready finish. Overall impression: Really poor. I didn’t enjoy this beer at all.
