Jan 7, 2007 Bottle. Aroma like a typical German lager, with some hemp-notes. Clear with an ale-like, steady foam. Thick, hoppy taste with medium-long finish. Weird that it got such bad reviews?

Dec 30, 2006 Bottle. I agree with the skunk comments from other raters. Slightly bitter aftertaste. Not really my style of bier and would not buy again.

Dec 4, 2006 Bottle. Bit of skunk in the aroma, that mostly went away on full pour. Clear golden, small whitish head. Taste is bright, can taste the grain, and a bit of bitter in there too. Decent, clean lager, not much more or less.

Dec 2, 2006 tiny bit of skunk, but not so much to knock you out. astringent is the correct definition. reminds me of alcohol put on a cut, but drinkable, and has a little kick to it.

Nov 30, 2006 Meh...an ok beer. Crisp, refreshing, not much else. Not really skuky, if that’s a compliment. I’ll talk on after a hot day in the yard, but other than that I’ll pass this one up.

Nov 27, 2006 I was in the mood for a bland lager tonight, I have no idea why. Clear golden with a large rocky head. Aroma is grain, cereal, hint of bread and grassy hops. Flavor brings this, light bodied with some metal. Buttery mouthfeel but the metal is always there. Good for the style, bad for beer.

Nov 19, 2006 Bomber - Poured a clear golden amber in color with a foamy white head that settled to a thin covering on the beer. I was surprised to see some lacing on the glass. Aroma is faint of herbal hops and big on skunk. Flavor is not much better. Some hoppy bitterness. Tastes mostly of corn adjunct rather than malt. Dry clean finish. Not very good... sort of reminds me of really cheap Canadian brew...
