COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Steinlager® is a lager with a distinctive grassy note and clean crisp bitterness of green bullet hops. It is balanced with a dry, astringent finish.

A nice brew. Has a refreshing taste that is kind of a cross between Pacifico and Becks. Refreshing yet bold. It pours dark pale, not clear like most pale lagers. A nice brew thats worth a try at the supermarket 12pack.

Bomber - Poured a clear golden amber in color with a foamy white head that settled to a thin covering on the beer. I was surprised to see some lacing on the glass. Aroma is faint of herbal hops and big on skunk. Flavor is not much better. Some hoppy bitterness. Tastes mostly of corn adjunct rather than malt. Dry clean finish. Not very good... sort of reminds me of really cheap Canadian brew...

Bottle. Pours clear yellow, white head. This smells like a corn feed bag. Flavor is skunky, corn, and burlap bag.

Clear bright gold with a loose white head. Skunky and malty with some rough hop aroma. Sweet and malty with some hints of honey. A little thin. Pleasingly bitter.

draft. Not a whole lot of flavor, your typical pale yellow lager. Pretty clean and refreshing though. Not too bad if served cold on a hot day.

highlandlad (1319) - Blue Mountains, AUSTRALIA - APR 13, 2005
Competent Kiwi macro lager. Pale gold, vanishing head. Grassy hop aroma. Quenching palate. Tastes of adjuncts. Inoffensive and marginally better than most of Lion Nathan’s Australian brews. (Bottle)

a very, very light yellow pour with no head, little bit of bubbles. smell of grass. taste is smooth, almost like a stella, light and leaves a tangy aftertaste. an okay beer if you are going to be drinking a lot and not looking for big taste, not that bad.

This is decent beer esp. considering the syle. In a class awash with horrible beers, this one is above average. Aroma is similar to Heiniken, but less skunked. Appearance is yellow and fizzy, although this beer does pour a nice head and retains throughout with some lacing. Again quite unusual, in a good way, for the style. Flavor is a little bit of hops and it does indeed have a dry finish. Not bad.
