COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Steinlager® is a lager with a distinctive grassy note and clean crisp bitterness of green bullet hops. It is balanced with a dry, astringent finish.

UPDATED: MAR 4, 2009 330ml Bottle. Poors an average size white head, pale coloured beer. Crisp, pure tasting beer with an average size hop bite to finish. Better then Heineken.

A bit of musty aroma, but basically fresh smelling. The color is traditional lager, foam is plentiful and sticks around. Hops save the flavor which watery otherwise. The palate is as expected for a pale lager. Not a bad beer for hottest summertime

Like bud, with hop character. For some reason Australia makes the best pale lagers.

Bottled. Pours honey colored with a white head. Floral aroma with minty notes. Actually it smells quite grassy. Starts off with a sweet malt flavor and then switches over to a grassy flavor with a hint of mint. Body is smooth and almost has a bread character to it.

Bottle. Pale yellow color. Medium sized, bubbly white head. Some bready malts and grass in the aroma. Flavor is your standard pale lager fare. Slighly hoppy with a fizzy, crisp finish. Slight bump because the beer comes from the same country that gave us Flight of the Conchords.

12 oz. Clear pale straw with a small, lasting head. Aroma is rubber and honey. Flavor is rubber and cardboard. Light body is too fizzy and sort of dry.
