COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Steinlager® is a lager with a distinctive grassy note and clean crisp bitterness of green bullet hops. It is balanced with a dry, astringent finish.

Not bad for a pale lager but not very exciting and a little bit too bitter. Better than similar American alternatives but nothing great.

Bottle. Grassy hop aroma. Brassy golden color with a respectable white head that laces a little. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Pale malt, but a lot of grassy hop. Comes a bit veg and a bit fruity, but dry it is. Bitter as well. Crisp. Oh so much better than the American macros.

12 oz. bottle poured into my trusty beer stein- poured standard transparent light golden- yellow water, white head formed but then went away, no carbonation. Aroma of light malt and alfalfa. Hits the mouth with a thin body, malt and hops are out of balance, finish lingers. Wasn’t expecting much, and I got it.

Poured from "King Kahuna" bottle into a Lager glass. Aroma is . . . different from the good beer I have been drinking recently. . .smells of grass (both the type growing in your yard as well as the illegal drug), there is also light citrus, heavy skunk and light malt. Pour typical golden straw color of mass produced pale lagers. Frothy white head and it appears to be very over carbonated. Over carbonation confirmed on taste. Watery to bitter flavor. Tastes cheap.

Pours a clearish pale yellow out of the bottle. Thick, frothy, white head that lingered through the entire glass and left some lace. Not much of a nose to it, I smell a hint of sweet maltiness. Tastes pretty good for a fizzy yellow beer. Sweet malts and grains abound in this brew. Palate is thin, fizzy but not the fizziest. A very drinkable beer, I would drink this over a Heiny any day.

33cl can. Gold, thick white head. Slightly metallic stale cereal aroma. Faint lemon hop. Some creaminess. Yeah it’s ok. It’s a lager with some nice crispness on finish.

Straight forward mainstream lager that is perhaps a bit smoother than usual and with some grassy notes. One of the better BMC types around
