3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 LyndaNova (524) - Manchester, New Hampshire, USA - MAR 21, 2007
Cold 11.15oz bottle: Pours a clear pale golden color with a medium fizzy alabaster head that quickly dissolved. Aroma is of light, sweet malts and grass. Taste is of light, sweet malts well blended with earthy hops and light citrus notes. Crisp and light bodied with good carbonation. Ending is of light, sweet malts with notes of dough and grass. Nicely tangy for a lager.

Bottle: Pours a clear pale yellow with a thin white head, aroma has grass, skunk and light grains, starts and ends lightly bitter with a grainy aftertaste, light bodied with ample carbonation and a watery ending.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Dickinsonbeer (5077) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - MAR 17, 2007
Pours a pale golden with a thin fading white head. Aroma is crisp and clean with a fair amount of herbal and slightly floral hops, with a bready almost crackery malt profile. Flavor is a bit weak but doesnt taste off or skunked- light spicy and somewhat earthy- more bready and grainy cracker malts with a clean lightly bitter finish. Pretty good for a mass produced lager.

Hoppy very pale yellow in color with a light foamy white head. Was easy to drink but ended flat.

UPDATED: MAR 22, 2007 11.15 oz bottle. Hoppy aroma, but big gulps go down smoothly. Great tasting brew and easy to drink. Second bottle smelled and tasted skunkier.

750ml bottle. Fresh, hoppy and biscuity aroma. Pours with a golden hue and frothy head. A fairly characterless flavour, hoppy with a bitter finish, but nothing more. Average.

This the first full beer that I ever tried. Haven’t had one since Jan. of ’91. Your typical plae lager that doesn’t tatse very good. Bit of nostalgia though.

draft. Not a whole lot of flavor, your typical pale yellow lager. Pretty clean and refreshing though. Not too bad if served cold on a hot day.
