(bottle - 330 ml) Very light and almost clear light yellow pour with not much carbonation. Light and grassy aroma with hints of hops and some sweetness. The flavor is rather dry at the front with a gentle middle of hops with a slight touch of corn as well. The finish is dry and bitter with some hops in it.

Large bottle probably about as fresh as you can get it in the States, purchased at City Market in Burlington and drunk (partially) on 3/15/06
Very large, white head providing immediate lacing as it recedes. Brassy, golden body with a sea of quickly rising, medium-sized bubbles. Smells of crisp lager yeast, at first, with light vanilla and a touch of apples. The lager yeast is deep and appealing, like a bubbling brook of fresh, clean water. The lagering flaws don’t really impose greatly in the nose, though they are certainly noticeable.
Flavor begins with a zesty, dill-cucumber, with a saltiness that sticks to the back of the mouth. VERY expansive carbonation gives it a puffy-dough pastry lightness, but it can’t hide the vanilla and dry apple skin acetyldehyde. Finish shows a reprieve of the lovely, crisp yeast, light peppery hop bitterness. Well malted and attenuated, but just not lagered long enough. Actually gets more bitter as it warms, but brewing flaws in pale lagers are nearly impossible to cover up. Overcarbonated, but otherwise a smooth, doughy-honeyish pils malt-like texture. Not thin, no alcohol. Lots of lacing, oddly enough.

Bottle. White, medium sized frothy, fizzy head that was mostly lasting, very nice lacing, transparent, carbonated, and a pale yellow hue. Malty, hoppy, and a skunky aroma. Flavor was malty and some hops. Nothinig remarkable. Tingly palate. Light-medium body.

Pale yellow with a thin white head, grassy aroma and dry palate, slightly sweeter as it warms. It is what it is.

pours a clear yellow with a thin foamy head which left excellent lacing. Has a very nice malty taste a bit bitter and dry feeling left on your palate.

Somebody actully brought a bottle of this stuff to my homebrew club meeting last night. It was a bit skunky, but there was a big hop aroma. Pretty bitter with a quick dry finish. Pretty typical.

Pours a pale yellow with high carbonation and thick white head. Aroma is all hops. Taste is mostly barely with only minor hoppiness and a crips watery finish.

12 oz bottle poured a very pale yellow, active carbonation with a thick pure-white head that leaves spotty lacing on the shaker. Smells very hoppy and slightly skunky in aroma. The taste is just barely malted with a crisp, yet seemingly watered down delivery in both taste and palate. The aftertaste is skunky if anything, but really barely noticeable. A very plain but clean beer.
