COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Steinlager® is a lager with a distinctive grassy note and clean crisp bitterness of green bullet hops. It is balanced with a dry, astringent finish.

Pour is nice clean golden yellow with a dense off white head...smell is super skunky...that’s about all I have...taste is a nice skunky grain flavor...sort of still seeming...typical...

Bottle. Very light yellow with a beautiful foamy very lasting head. Nose-wonderful skunk and adjunct sweetness. Taste-good skunk flavor, light honey and caramel, perfect crisp CO2m medium sweetness, caramel and light XL malts. A perfect mix of skunk, sweet, and CO2. Excellent beer. Head lasts throught the entire pint. I know that I have rated this a little higher than the average, but I have an affinity for skunky beers.

From the bottle. Initally hit by a strong smell of old man farts, but greatfully changes to a more wheaty smell. Appearance was a very clear light lager. Taste overall isnt to bad, Im not a lager drinker but kind of like it. First taste is a little off putting but gets better. Good easy BBQ beer.

New Zealand’s answer to VB. Drinking canned with airline food probably didn’t help.

One bottle from BOTW. Poured a large head. Yea, had alittle skunky smell, but I’d gotten used to that in some of my lagers. It is, just as the description says. A decent lager.

Clear bright gold with a loose white head. Skunky and malty with some rough hop aroma. Sweet and malty with some hints of honey. A little thin. Pleasingly bitter.

12oz bottle. Clear golden hue. Fingerwidth of white head. Toasty malty nose. Grainy. Lively and grainy sweet and slightly smokey. Muddled and watery.
