May 26, 2003 Wow, am I surprised. This is almost mainstream perfection for it's type. Aroma: Something which could be almost be turned into a personal deodorant. Appearance: I think that smart people really don't go by appearance but the great bubble/head combination again beats anything I've seen lately. Flavor: Lovely dry taste with creamy/peppery overtones (like a good gravy <g>).
Palate: Very smooth and dry without a trace of sweetness (which I really like). This is now a new favourite beer (sorry Little Creatures).
