On tap at Disney World (part of the Wine and Food festival). Poured a golden color with almost no head. Yep, a cider - apples. More sweet.

Can at work. Pours clear golden color, white head. Aroma of sweet apples, hint of pear. Taste is sweet, apples. Sweet but nice cider.

Bottle...or four. Aroma is sliced crisp apple and slight pear. Pours very light with nice effervesence. Taste is light colored apples with just a hint of pilsner. A little fake tasting but not overbearingly fake or sweet. Very refreshing. This was a pleasant surprise.

On tap. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of sweet apples with a hint of tartness for a bit of an apple pie note. Flavor has rich apple note with a bit of spice and sweetness.

Bottle at a Cafe Rouge, things were desperate. Slightly alarmingly deep golden colour, that’s not natural! Sweet, vaguely appley taste, basically alcoholic fruit flavoured juice. Inoffensive, gets boring though.

Basic sweet cider. Fairly tasty and sweet but no depth to anything going on. Good enough when in the mood but there are better options.

Can from supermarket in Gran Canaria. Clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, apples and sugary. Flavor is medium sweet. Sweet finish. 151014

Made with 50% hand picked apples. Are the rest of the apples scooped up off the ground with a shovel? Oh wait, the other 50% is machine picked pressed and concentrated with added sugar.
Looks like apple juice in the glass, light carbonation, no head.
It gets a little weird in the aroma department.
Apples are there, but so is some skunk. No hops so where is the skunk coming from?
Flavor is more reminiscent of apple juice left in the refrigerator past expiration. Apples, sharp tang of acidity, Sweet and Low™ aftertaste.
Glad I didn’t get a whole 4pk, because one is all I could drink.

A very smooth cider with a rounded taste. Apple taste not as prominent like in some other ciders. Worth a try,

9/28/2014: Stella Artois Cidre... Apparently, this hard cider is "made with hand-picked apples," but then it was unnecessarily diluted, sweetened (with sucralose), flavor, colored, and preserved. They even managed to include some dextrose. Ridiculous. In the end, this "cidre" is watery, sweet, and artificial-tasting. Stella Artois is actually pretty decent beer, but they should be embarrassed to even have their name on this product.
