Bottle. Not actually Belgian. This one is brewed in the UK. It’s lager, massed produced, not quite lowest common denominator but not far off.

There really isn’t much to say about this beer... very bitter and skunky, quite watery. This really is just a terrible beer that needs to be avoided at all costs! Back in the day I would often drink this but I can’t look at the stuff, it’s not good... instead of picking up a case of this grab a few bottles of ale... you might be a few bottles down but you will get a better experience!

Aroma of hay and crisp malts, a little funky. Taste is crisp malts, hay, a touch of metallic and floral hops, some funk and a marijuana taste. Palate is thin. Overall this isn’t bad, nor is it too good. Certainly a step above all other mass produced pale lagers.

Poured into a tall flute glass. Two and half fingers of head. Clear, golden color body with lots of bubbles visible. The head quickly faded. It smells like dry grain and rice. Tastes like carbonated water with the mildest bitter note at the end. Crisp and light body. Lower carbonation than I was expecting. It is what it is.

yellow beer with white head with average retention. Grass and skunky aroma. Very light and watery taste. I remember that 10 years ago this beer was somewhat better but from now on I will try to avoid it.

A - super clear straw yellow with small thin layer of head. S - rose petals are abrupt at first with hints of bubble gum and lager. Light bodied and simple palette. T - very floral with hints of honey up front. Notes of each aforementioned flavor slowly fade throughout. Faint clove spice picks up in the middle and fades with other flavors. 4/4+.

Draft. Clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light pils malt and some spicy/herbal hops. Flavor is mildly sweet malt and a light hop bitterness. Light body with average carbonation and a clean finish. Very light but clean and refreshing. Always better on draft as apposed to bottled.
