Commercial Description:
Stella Artois is one of the world's best-selling beers and is enjoyed in more than 80 countries. Its full, characteristic flavour and high quality is assured through a superior brewing process and by using the finest ingredients available.
The UK version is brewed, filtered and kegged at Samlesbury. Batches are sent to Magor for pasteurising before being canned or bottled.

I don’t see how they (the brewer) can call this Belgium’s best, there are a myriad of better ones from Belgium. It is really only a "nice" average beer, with an adequate head which left some lacing and the slightly hopped and malted aroma - taste was much the same. Colour was a clear yellow gold. An upmarket swill. Good TV adverts, though!

Poura very pale golden colour. Very light malty aroma and a light malt and hop taste. Nice dry finish. Good session beer.

Slightly more complex lager than usual, nice dryness with taste of hops, grains - good mouthfeel. A better choice for a macrobrew.

Considering that this beer is 20 euro cents per 25cl bottle you can’t expect too much of the flavour and Stella pretty much delivers on those expectations. However in my opinion it is refreshing and significantly better than many of its other rivals.

Transparent with a pale golden yellow color. Smells pasteurized and almost skunky. Crisp and light in flavor. Not as boring as say a Bud Light but not as refreshing either. It does have surprisingly good lacing as other reviewers have pointed out. Probably the worst Belgian beer I’ve ever had. In my opinion, it’s not worth drinking.

Pours a straw color body and a white head with legs. Smells clean and skunky. Flavor is crisp, malt, and some skunk.

330 ml bottle. Finland. Pale golden colour with thin white head. Slightly hoppy and malty aroma. Malty flavour with touch of hoppiness. Not bad for a Pale Lager.

Pours a golden yellow color with a two inch white head. The smell is very skunky and a little hoppy. Taste of yeast, a bunch of carbonation, and a suprising finish. One of the better pale lagers I’ve had.
