UPDATED: JUL 4, 2007 Golden in color with a crisp clean and malty aroma. Hoppy and malty flavor. Light and refreshing. I really like this beer. Clean tasting. Enjoyable.

Nice hops. The malt is a little watery in flavor, with hops being the emphasis. Great head. This is a good lawnmower beer.

Golden color with a white head. The taste is a nicely balanced malty and bitter combo.

next time will try with a lime in it if you get my drift, a little less artificial tasting than its Mexican cousin but not much better

A lot of hype surrounding this beer amongst my friends, a pretty good pilsener, but definitely not a lager. Golden clear color, nothing real distinctive in the ways of malts or hops. A bit expensive...

bearly any head with an almost piss yellow color too it. It was really refreshing, it had a pleasent malty taste and a nice finish that did not leave the mouth dry.

Middle of the road score on paper, but words fail me as to why the flavor is so damn good, as i said nice golden appearance but nothing special same with aroma of light malts but the taste is hard to describe but very refreshing but must be served at 5% and in right glass and direct in Brussels where they know how to serve and tastes even better

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Nothing particularly wrong here, just very middle of the road. Typical pils appearance, maybe a tad darker. Draft, served in the corrct Stella glass. Head faded away. Smelled of light malts, a touch grainy, maybe grassy. The flavor was soft, very clean, a bit of floral hops on the end. Not watery, but not exactly full bodied either. Stunningly average, easy to drink.

This brew always seems to get branded as the Belgian Budweiser, but imagine my delight upon entering a Homewood,Il "sportsbar" and seeing it on tap...a perfect savior from macros and cheap vodka! Even cooler when it came in it's appropriate and branded glass. The beer is no 50 pointer, but it is a decent grassy hopped, flavorful pils with slight touches of skunk from the bottle, but clean from the tap.
