Pretty mild all the way around-aroma, flavor and overall impression. An easy beer to drink, but nothing that stood out. A good lager with medium body.

Thin laced head, crisp, no bitterness. Nothing stands out about this beer, but somewhat refreshing.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Had it on tap with dinner. Straw Yellow in color, thin head, and a bit of carbination. No real noticable aroma. First flavor was that of any other lager..nothing special. However, had a nice bitter finish that was surprising. Too expensive for what you get, and very over-hyped. Not a bad beer, but would not buy again.

Golden color with a large white head. Excellent lacing. Aroma of sweet malt with a hint of hops. Flavor continues with more sweet malt/grain with a quick bitter finish. Medium bodied.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draft in Whistler, Canada. Golden yellow with an average white head. I had expected more, and I don’t know why. Hoppy aroma, but flavor was not overwhelming memorable, and the aftertaste was a bit metallic.

3.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Had several cans of this on British Airways while flying to London (March, 2005). Looks and smells like a low priced American standard. But it doesn’t have that awful overbearing corn sweetness that dominates most American beers. Light bitterness, goes down very smooth with a medium finish. Very refreshing.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Green bottle poured yellow with a good white head and heavy lacing.
Aroma was malty, spice and a bit skunky.
Flavor was malt, corn with a heavy metalic finish.
Great lacing, but not that good of a beer.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
This beer does not offer a lot of flavor but personally I find it relaxing. It has a little of the skunkiness you find in Heineken but it isn’t as overt. It is definately one of the better mainstream commercial lagers on the market as it is a highly drinkable beer. However, it seems to lack a distinct taste that sets it apart from its competitors. In a few words: kind of bland but not offensive.
