Spicy aroma. Pale clear yellow colour with white head. Strong, bitter and spicy flavour. It,s so long ago, that I’ve had a Stella Artois that I had forgotten that a pale lager could not only be drinkable but also enjoyable.

11.2 oz. bottle, over priced and overrated, an average macro-lager, taste is a bit tinny and bitter, light gold yellow, weak head... I’d only buy if on sale. Cheers.

Draught...pours a small thin head which rapidly collapses, nice lacing, pale clear yellow....mild nose, really miinimal character...tastes of mild hop....watery palate. Typical of the"better’ macrobrews.

Draught. Clear golden with lots of head. Vegetable aroma. Light body, medium carbonation. Vegetable / hop taste. Refreshing, but not great.

Tap. I succumb to the hype and tried one during a layover in Chicago. Overall, this beer is decent. A bit of sweetness with a hint of unfiltered yeast. Good for a Pale Lager. Yet, this beer proves to me to be more of a fad or status symbol than truly a good beer. I see and hear many people who graduated from the typical mass produced swill to Stella Artois and think that they have found somethng special. Must be good since it costs more, right? Just another alternative to other country club fare like Heinekin or Corona.

Pours a transparent gold with a thin white head which pretty quickly sinks back into the glass. Not a very impressive appearance. Has a thick hoppy aroma as well as taste, with a hint of sweetness. Reminds me of Pilsner Urquell but not quite as balanced. A solid beer overall.
